Via this page you can check the status of placed orders. We update the status only on working days (monday-friday). Orders placed
on friday evening, in the weekends or during our holiday closure, shall only be updated at monday.
Important: both ordernumber and mail address need to be
identical to the information provided in your confirmation mail, otherwise
the status-overview cannot be displayed. In the case you placed multiple orders, we shall remove the double ones and activate only the
payed one. If you provided an incorrect mailadres (like .con or with blanks etc.) it might happen we have corrected this manually.
